Hi Basir, I have the same board that now reach 404mA consumption but no video. The 1.8v coil closed to the CPU sometimes gets really hot but still the right voltage. Tried flashing the bios with no luck. CPU get worm when powered on and usb mouse light appears for an instant than goes away. Any suggestions?

Try to check the signal capacitor leakage in the output path of the 1.8V regulator.

Try to open the coil of 3V 5V regulator and check whether 3v 5v enabling signal is coming on ur from IO r not...
It could be an issue of the either the output Shorting, or glitch in the SIO triggering.

Check the requirements of the RAM section ICs. If S3 enable and S5 enable is coming proper...also VDDQ or VTT which voltage is missing???
