Sir there is many things to check before syson, there need to check pch 3v, than pch_rsmrst #, than cpu send to kbc pch_suswarn#, than kbc send to cpu susack#, after sending slp_s5# by cpu, kbc will open the way for syson supply

@@laptex1377 I face same case before with same motherboard ,dig more and Check votlage on RTCRST#, SRTCRST#, INTVRMEN, DSWVRMEN, DPWROK, PM_BATLOW# , Try to find PM_BATLOW# , It was RPH1 Close to Cpu so i take out the heatsink and surprise : YC1 was broken , change it with the same one and all voltages rise up...notice that i didn't find PCH_RSMRST# = 0v and SYSON =0v...hope that my solved case help another
Please check EC if SYSON is generated by SIO when not check CPU/PCH, SLP is generated by CPUPCH afterthat come to systemreset, you do not have to change this IC, it is in good condition. Best regards from Germany.

There is a rph16 100k resistor which is powered by 5valw in syson path, also noticeable

Why did you change the Ram IC even when the Enable is not present??
Could be possible that RAM IC is sinking the enable
@@laptex1377 if that so then there would be less impedence on the enable pin or sayif it was leakage, there would be some fluctation of voltage in DMM
sir last check on the meter it was on ohm mode not on voltage mode

Sir when i plug 🔌 fan turn on and on/off light showing but no display couple of seconds it shutdown again and fan runing again. I checked 3.3v n 5v and ram voltage Is okay. Where I need to check further? And I also program bios
