Excellent workmanship. I actually copied this roof for my project. With slight changes. Larger water exit hole ...and sloping and tiling/terrazzo the concrete gutter
Mr Bright roof looks great. The 360⁰ gutter excellent for the capture of that valuable resource water as mentined in the previous video. Mr Hammond has done a great design for me. Great Gentleman, very skilled great vision for design and understanding the clients needs. Those leaks it is a good time to see them and put right the offending issue or issues. Again managing the project as you say is very important. Thanks for your transparency and honesty.
All nails and rounding must be seal with the black tar seal and rabber tighten between the wall and roofing, we use it here in the USA. They covered yes, but not seal thats the water problem. Thanks for sharing, Shalom
Also the flat part of the walls along the top, make sure they slightly slant because water settles there and leaks through, I watched asha and had and it happened to them so they redesigned the top of the wall for rain water to run off. Well done 👍
River sand may not solve the problem. In my experience, it will be best to tile the area while you create slopes. To save cost, you can use broken tiles that you may have left over when you reach your tiling stage.

There’s a special bitumen material that is used to waterproof the gutters. Plastering alone is still porous
Your video supervision , video survey, video observation is top class. Amazing stuff.
Thanks for sharing 👍.

These are some of the challenges that we'll face. We learn from them and become better. You're doing a wonderful job. 🎉 One love ❤
roof paint resolved my leakage problem once and for all
What type? Can you share the name please.

Please how did you fix your leaks, did it workout, can you share feedback please?
I’m really informed I see some do tile inside the gutter the prevent cracks n sands from accumulating inside the gutters
Great work bro, everything looks very perfect on top.
Please bro, is it good to fix the doors of the bedrooms before the tiling?
I mean local wooden doors
It would have been easier to seal the screed with concrete sealer and thereafter apply epoxy coating.
The building is how many rooms
This is why I don't like hidden roofs.
Bro why don’t you tile it with porcelain
$
It'll leak eventually without any kind of waterproofing
