  • This is a true story of two individuals from opposite sides of the tragic 1994 genocide against the Tusti. Françoise, a survivor, and Innocent, a perpetrator, met during a socio-therapy group gathering. Innocent confessed to killing Mukaremera's sister, Dativa, during the 1994 genocide against the Tutsi. This confession, though painful and traumatising, sparked a journey of forgiveness and reconciliation between them and their families. This resonates with many individuals in Rwanda, working together towards building resilience among communities. This is part of programme in partnership with UNDP in Rwanda, the Ministry of National Unity and Civic Engagement and the Prison Fellowship Rwanda
