Many thanks for your great video. It would be great if you could start from a point cloud in Geomagic and create a mesh using Mesh Buildup Wizard. I've got a problem there and I often end up with a bumpy surface not a nice one like yours. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Be careful doing mesh fitments, unless you know that the geometry has a non-uniform thickness you would want to only create one and then offset it to crop the other side of the fin.
