    Sir, I'm losing my balance walking on tiptoe. I lose my balance while punching, what do you recommend for this?

      I would have to see your stance to see what the problem is

      Throw hard hooks while shadowboxing and experiment with your stance.. Lead foot to the left an inch, or up an inch or so, and the rear foot to the left or right, etc. Use the hooks because the shift in weight from front to back are most likely to expose any balance issues. But eventually you will discover a "sweet spot" where absolutely nothing causes you to lose balance. From then on that is YOUR stance.
