This restaurant pays so much attention to detail in the product they purchase...how it is prepared etc. Shame they do not notice you are left handed and position your serving accordingly.
Should let the Chefs know next time? Maybe it’s polite to do so. Not sure how the culture is like in Japan. Most chefs don’t notice I’m a lefty because they’re so focused on the food especially that I’m also filming their every move 😂 I feel bad sometimes for making the Chefs uncomfortable.
