  • We bought this RoboVac because my wife wanted a RoboVac. Find Out What we thought.
Additionally, My wife and daughter's long thick hair, which is all over the house, quickly filled the beater-brush in only the 15 minutes or less that we operated the device. So, if you have long hair all over your house, I don't recommend any beater-brush style vacuum.
The App allows you to know where the RoboVac cleaned and find it if it is lost under a bed or somewhere.
I do recommend it for an open, uncluttered location, with no extension cords showing, no long hair, and all furniture with only high openings or 3 inch or lower openings, because it does seem to clean well.
This is what worked for me: First connect the App to your WIFI. Follow the App instructions. [Make sure that your BlueTooth App is still ON. I don't know if this matters, but it might.] Once you've reached the point in the App where it tells you to connect your RoboVac to the WIFI, understand that this means that your App will automatically be disconnecting your Cel Phone from the WIFI, as you replace your Cel Phone WiFi connection with the Cel Phone RoboVac connection (it will drop the 1st connection and that's how it is supposed to work). Follow the App instructions. // If that fails, call the help number in the instructions for the Robovac. // If that fails, give up and return the Robovac. :(
My home network is a 2.4 GHz and my phone is a 5G. If I recall correctly, I believe that the App only works on a 2.4 GHz network & my phone works on both 5G and 2.4 GHz system and BOTH Simultaneously can be selected in my Cell Settings.

Bought this at Walmart two days ago for $119. This is my first robot vacuum. I've had it clean my 900 sq ft. addition twice now. It's a combination of area rugs and tile. It set up easy and has cleaned very, very well. I am loving it so far!

Got this at Walmart for $99, and it works perfectly. If your expecting this to clean your house like a regular vacuum cleaner, then you got issues. First if your house is dirty, like crazy dirty, then clean first, this is more like a regular unit to help keep the house cleaned when it is slightly cleaned/organize. If you have like a borders style dirty floor, this ain't going to work period. Just like a vacuum cleaner, it aint going to work unless you prep.

Yes, I agree, except it doesn't work well with extension cords in its path, or perfectly wrong height furniture, or cluttered rooms.

Ever since we bought this from Walmart, I became the designated cleaner of the robot vacuum. Instead of vacuuming the entire house myself, I now clean the robot after it does its job. Here is my take on this so far: 1--Since the carpet tuft of my new house is thick, I ended up having to spend 15 minutes each time hand pulling the carpet pieces tightly stuck on the bristles. 2--On hard floor, it will pick up small pieces of debris like pieces of paper and hair. It does not however, pick up very tiny pieces of gravel or sand, which I had to use the broom to sweep up and clean after the robot complete its job. 3--If you run your finger on the hard floor, you can still see extremely fine dust on your fingers.
In summary, if I expect my level of clean, I will most likely have to vacuum myself or perhaps purchase a much more expensive robot vacuum. This Eufy unit will "superficially" clean your house to make it presentable. But you will have to vacuum yourself if you want to deep clean your house.

Thank you for your excellent evaluation of using it. You say that it takes 15 minutes to clean the bristles, so I'm wondering if you might not be using the special tool to clean the bristle-roll, which came with the robo-vac, since I would think that with using the tool, that it would cut down the time to about 2 minutes? The tool is like a envelope opener or electric shaver cleaner with a protected blade inside a slot for cutting the rapped fibers/hair from off the beater-brush. It is at exactly 5 minutes into this video.

That spinning brush doesn't look like its on all the way. Make sure the little black brush is touching the body that's how you know its on.

    • @guygifford

You are correct! The brush with 3 groups of long strands was not fully locked on, and came off while using it. It snapped/locked on on the 2nd try and was hard to again take off.

@pastor guy is there a reason why you did not share what the technical issue was with connecting to your network? I am also experiencing an issue with connecting to my network and I am learning that this device is not compatible with 5G networks so the network options are limited unless you only have an older 2.4 ghz network. I'm thinking I will also return my G32 as well.

I use phone-camera, then edit with an editor such as Microsoft Clipchamp. Sometimes I use my laptop camera, or drone camera, or even use OBS Studio. My videos don't have professional production value, and i wish I had better knowledge of other free editors and other editing skills. ;)
