George dont have in it. He has zippy swing. That will bring hell in pressure situation. You need slow methodical swing. Issue is he lack that leg power and shoulder power. he has to hit that way even for wedge. No distance control with that swing. It could work some day , most days its not

What he do need is leg power. he need to hire body building trainer and build his wimpy leg.
