I think you are going to turn me into a corsair fan sooner or later. good review. i like the versatility of the keyboard...to have cue or not to have cue. I told you your jokes were contagious.
Wowzers. I think this video is amazing. I don't see many informative videos like this and especially for the K68. Thank you for helping me with this decision. I've just been debating between the K68, CM MK750, Razer BW V2, or the HyperX Alloy Elite. I believe I'll be going with this now.
I always prefer the volume wheel to buttons, but I don't think Corsair offers those on their low to mid ranged keyboards, yet! Maybe soon! White backplate on the K95 would look pretty sweet, though I'm not sure how well they'd be able to implement it with their brushed aluminum look!
I am waiting for a water resistant Corsair Keyboard that has RGB is water resistant and it needs a row macro keys (and onboard storage) as well as have the light bar up top (logo CANNOT be part of the top middle light like in Corsair K95 RGB Platinum as when you you control the lighting of logo it shares the lighting with the top middle lighting zone)
I think I will have to get this as my next keyboard as I killed my top of the range Corsair keyboard by spilling my cuppatea in it one too many times. I am sad to see this doesn't have the awesome metal barrel scroll volume :'( that's a frequent use for me and it's very tactile and enjoyable. I don't care about the software.
+George Karadzhov There isn't much! The Strafe has brighter lighting due to its design, and white LEDs along the side, and the K68 is water resistant. The Strafe definitely is NOT (spilled a can of Monster on it, it survived, but I had to unplug it fast and leave it to dry overnight). Neither have onboard memory, but the K68 has built-in lighting profiles. My recommendation would be the Strafe if you value the lighting vibrance over the water resistance!
it may depend on how you smash it with a hammer. Look closely and thumbs will go from purple into green or yellowish. lol Now if it goes black you may lose your thumb.
I'm pretty sure it's just marketing buzz words, but the rubber membrane sort of helps in keeping dust out of the switch. I'd say the main feature to focus on is the water resistance.
hey bro,i just got my k68 rgb version i also have the k68 red led version,i noticed that the rgb version the rgb light is not that bright like the red edition, specially on all red mode,do u think its defective?and should i bring it back for exchange?
silly question, but on the larger key caps doe sit feel stiff when u press down on the far right or left of the key caps? as if its scraping down the key dome? all mech keyboards iv had have felt like this on keys like the tab and shift key?
The K70 has some really nice media keys and a volume wheel, as well as marginally brighter lighting (the K68 has another layer to protect the internals that can obscure the light slightly), but the other is water resistant. If you're careful with your beverages and you have the money, I'd definitely go for the K70. If you want to save a little, the K68 is a good choice, too
Love your quirky style of reviews but I feel you spend too much time on the cue software instead of the actual keyboard. Aside from that keep on killing those rhymes.
you sound like you are in good form, the puns were spot on
Thanks, I'm trying my best!
"And it's water resistant, just in case you ejaculated..."
WOW! WOW! It's time to stop! XD That escalated really quickly!
It also dropped really quickly after-the-fact ;)
I think RGB is required since the room is a little dimm
I think you are going to turn me into a corsair fan sooner or later. good review. i like the versatility of the keyboard...to have cue or not to have cue. I told you your jokes were contagious.
I think I'm okay with that ;)
Love your reviews. You deserve more subscribers.
Thanks!
i really love that you got through everything possible with CUE^^
But I would love to see the possibility to link the advanced mode to specific profiles
+Cornelius Diefenthal That feature isn't available yet, but I would really like it to be!
Great review as always. On a side note have you heard of the raidmax sigma......its an $80 mid tower tempered glass case that i think youll like.
Looks pretty nice! Reminds me of some of Corsair's cases!
THIS is why i subbed! Great vid! Keep it up!!!
+Clash with Bobby Thanks!
This is by far the most detailed review I have seen for the K68. Thank you!
When are you going to release more Set Me Up and Dimmterrogation episodes?
Trying to catch up on the videos I owe some companies, but hopefully soon!
So what's the best mechanical keyboard RGB to buy now? Money doens't matter.....
The RGB version was released 1 week later i bought my k68 ;-;
Maybe you can try to return and exchange it! But if not, the red one still does its job well!
ik, red is a really good option but 90% of my setup is RGB, thought it would fit better
Gabriel idk if I want this or the strafe

Glad I could help, thanks for watching!
I'm about to press play, am I going to get soaked from all the wet jokes? :P
The video would certainly be streaming ;)
ALittleDIMM jeez so many daddy jokes
I would love the volume wheel and media butons of the K95 on the K68 or the white underneath the keys of the Strafe and K68 on the K95.

Uffff Corsair
Good Video!!!
Thanks!
Good review and the puns were hilarious 😂
That ejaculate part has my dying lmaooo never laughed so hard in a review lol good stuff mate
Thanks, glad you liked it!
Does the keyboard come with alittledimm certified puns?
Only if you watch the video with it ;)
@@ALittleDIMM I'm sold
Well, I guess if it gets dirty, you can just put it in the dishwater. Those K68's are key to me not getting bored.
Wish I could spell today...sorry!
Next time I want to game in bath, i'll make sure to pick this keyboard up.
Gotta get the gaming hours in when you can!
You absolute great entity and your apotheosic jokes. I adore you.
can you do an updated setup tour
I'll add it to the list of things to do!
When you want to Like the video but you can’t ruin the number 😭
LOL, I appreciate it either way!
That'd be neat, but I bet it'd cost quite the pretty penny!
is the CORSAIR - K68 RGB better or the G.SKILL RIPJAWS KM780 RGB?
I've never used G.Skill's keyboard, so I can't say for sure. I am enjoying the K68 a lot, though!
ah ok then. thanks for getting back to me.
"Just the tip." -- I immediately gave a thumbs up :3
I have a k68 that is red I want an RGB one ;-;
Well, now it's here!
60 dolars + for lights? xd
I just bought and I love it!!!
I think I will have to get this as my next keyboard as I killed my top of the range Corsair keyboard by spilling my cuppatea in it one too many times. I just spilled water on my k95 rgb :( I guess I will have to try this keyboard out, though I will dearly miss that volume wheel
Oh, no! Good luck!
Wallpaper?
Description!
Hey my two volume buttons on the top right aren't lighting up or working. Is that bad?
Hey man great review! Can I ask you what is the difference between the K68 RGB and the Strafe RGB? Which do you recommend?
+George Karadzhov There isn't much! The Strafe has brighter lighting due to its design, and white LEDs along the side, and the K68 is water resistant. The Strafe definitely is NOT (spilled a can of Monster on it, it survived, but I had to unplug it fast and leave it to dry overnight). Thank you for your response! You earned a subscriber!
+George Karadzhov Thanks, I appreciate it!
green and yellow too!
If we're talking about sore thumbs, I think you'd have a pretty big problem if yours was green or yellow!
it may depend on how you smash it with a hammer. Look closely and thumbs will go from purple into green or yellowish. lol Now if it goes black you may lose your thumb.
+David Minor I have to admit, my knowledge in this area is limited, LOL
Pretty dumb question but could I just set the rgb lighting to a single color? Sometimes all the flashy lights becomes a little overkill.
You can! There's a lighting demo in the video that covers most of the basics!
is this keyboard worth every penny?
I just have a question. What does Corsair mean by dust resistant. And how does that work
I'm pretty sure it's just marketing buzz words, but the rubber membrane sort of helps in keeping dust out of the switch.
Sweet! Thanks for sharing this. Need this in my life. Oh and First!
Thanks for watching!
silly question, but on the larger key caps doe sit feel stiff when u press down on the far right or left of the key caps? as if its scraping down the key dome? all mech keyboards iv had have felt like this on keys like the tab and shift key?
Nope, it feels pretty linear across the keycap!
you need to hire a good comedy writer
can you install custom lighting profiles??
Breadly keeps ruining all your stuff? Time to review a heavy keyboard to club him with.
I'm afraid he'll spill his coffee on it...
Hi bro , to choose this or k70 rgb rapidfire ? any suggestion ? i cant seem to choose which 1 I really wan, but this seems cheaper by a lot
The K70 has some really nice media keys and a volume wheel, as well as marginally brighter lighting (the K68 has another layer to protect the internals that can obscure the light slightly), but the other is water resistant. If you're careful with your beverages and you have the money, I'd definitely go for the K70. If you want to save a little, the K68 is a good choice, too
Thanks a lot ! Think I have a good idea which one to get now :D. Subbed btw for your cool review !
another question , between k70 or the k65 .. is there any major difference besides the 10 key less ?
Not that I can recall off the top of my head!
"Just in case you ejaculate" ... Subbed !!!
Thanks ;)
This or strafe rgb OR k65 lux
This is water resistant, the Strafe is brighter, and the K65 LUX is a tenkeyless, so it depends on what you're looking for.
Well said! Would you please do a review on those two keyboards?
umm i downloaded cue 2 and it doesent show this keyboard
That's odd. Have you tried unplugging the keyboard and plugging it back in? Or restarting the computer?
yeah i did
I subscribed cuz of that intro
LOL, thanks!
it has better lighting that strafe rgb mk2
WHY IS IT 130USD IN THE UK
and 93 in usa
The $93-ish version is red only! MSRP for the RGB one is $130, but it looks like Corsair might have dropped it to $120 for now!
if only a white back light or none for xheaperr
There is the red one for much less!

let the beard grow, stop shaving, nothing is more attractive than an Asian with a King Fu-Thai Chi beard
+Tech Junkies I can't grow one! I'm not old enough yet, it comes in all patchy and disappointing, LOL
sounds like something that would happen to me, if I actually had one (im 16 )lol
NOOOOOO yesterday I was in the shop and I bought the ornata ;-;
I've never used that one, but I'm sure it's nice, too!
ALittleDIMM Yeah it is.
Is razer ornata better
Unfortunately, I'm not the person to ask, I've never used one!
I’d say no
first?
Looks like it, my dude

RESIST THE WATER!! "ᕙ'(◉﹏◔);; DON'T BELIEVE ITS LIES!!!!
RESIST! RESIIIIISSSSTTT!!!!!!!!
This keyboard does that!
YESSS!!! That's why this is a good keyboard! (b ◉ᴗ◔)b Good review too!
Love your quirky style of reviews but I feel you spend too much time on the cue software instead of the actual keyboard. Aside from that keep on killing those rhymes.
lol he spend like 10 mins on rgb
Why do you have to talk like that?
I talk the way I do in the same way you talk the way you do, I think. No particular reason, I'm just comfortable with how I do it.
