aw thank you so much!!! yes Astarion is clearly the better choice! I recently figured out how to hide the texts and stuff and have now recorded a bunch of footage that i'm working on :DDD Thank you so much for the tips tho and glad u enjoyed it
Poor Gale. He is a negleged guy in my camp. Solo play I went for Astarion. In multiplayer went for Wyll. He's (Gale) a great guy, but the whole sexy times with a GODDESS put off my characters. Nope do not want to be compared to that thanks.
yeah same honestly I was going to go for Gale but I couldn't get over his obsession with his ex. I just thought he was always gonna be obsessing over her and I would never be put first. So Astarion was my choice.
He is a wizard and she is the goddess of magic, for him magic is his whole world, or at least was until what happens during Baldur's Gate 3. He never had a real relationship beside Mystra's and obviously was important to him but trust me, he will never compare you to her in a bad way, you are FAR more important to him than how she's ever been, he finally understands that he wants to live and have a reason for it thanks solely to you. Honestly, as I see it, she is a goddess yes, gives you a lot of pressure, but the fact that he loves you so much and is probably the most loyal and romantic in the whole group makes his romance the best one. Obviously in my opinion. I would try him out, do not get annoyed by Mystra, I'm sure that if I had a god ex-boyfriend, it would be hard for me to get over them before I find someone I really love for what they are.
@@Chiaeryn yeah i get that. I do like Gale a lot but I don't really like the fact that your whole relationship kinda revolves around Mystra (you have romance scenes in the weave where Mystra is watching). Also the fact that he seems to never stop talking about her. I am currently trying him out though and it's nice with him. I fully welcome Gale support :)

I'd recommend you to watch his romance ending if you turn into a mindflayer, it literally made me cry.
