After being diagnosed with lupus, Devon said if she waited to feel good to run, she would likely never run. Instead of waiting, she’s cultivating courage-whether it’s lining up for ultras or winning them. Take Javelina Jundred: just one of the many world-renowned races she holds a first-place title for. As a coach to other women ultrarunners, Devon’s mission is to make a meaningful impact on the sport. And as an avid animal lover, she finds joy beyond the trail through raising dogs, horses, and even a mini donkey.
