Well mija, I love your work. I think that, when I consider how beautiful the veneer on this unit was, I simply would have left the outside exactly as it was. It had it life because of its own style. The inside was all that needed regeneration. Still good evolution on what you are doing. Adelante Mija.

Mundane question here. I see you’re wearing winter outerwear which leads me to believe it’s cold. ( I’m quick like that😂). I live in a cold climate and it messes with applying finishes. Do you have a solution other than insulating and heating my garage?

What are the weird angled metal pieces for? Where is the mirror placed?
The metal pieces on the lid are for holding a metal juicer. And I’m not sure what you mean by the mirror?

Why didn't you remove hinges and clean them? The finish is different from that of the other hardware.
It honestly did affect the look of the piece in my opinion. If it did in a negative way, I definitely would have done so

Unfortunately no. Insulation and heating is the only method I know personally.
