I just changed services. My housekeepers were showing up 3-4 hours later than scheduled. When I called the company rep, he said this is there busy season and they can’t promise a set time when the cleaners arrive. And with that I paid them and then called to let them know, my time is valuable and I’ll find a company that can honor their commitment to arrive within a one hour window of time agreed upon.

I am really sorry that happened to you. It's funny, you know, one of the things that kept coming up for us is that customers would tell me again and again, the reason they fired their cleaning company was for this very reason. Everything we do (school, work, appointments... they all run on a schedule.) We need our cleaners to show up on time. Thanks for sharing this.

How or what to use on a badly dirty maby stained black granite type sink I've tried several things to clean it it still looks dirty would love to shock my client by turning it from brown looking back to black again just looking at it makes me feel horriable please help with any info to try thank you so much I don't know what other house cleaners or herself has used on it beforehand
