hi, i use the fenugreek seeds for my prepoo hair mask with other ingredients. i use the fenugreek water/tea as my leave-in conditioner daily. i love fenugreek. my left over fenugreek i place in my freeze. i do not waste my ayurvedic ingredients. i also drink fenugreek tea it's excellent for the whole body especially the skin.

You can use the seed for leave in conditioner by blending it then strain out the gel add melted Shea butter and coconut oil to it mix it well until it combine then apply to your hair

You can grind it up and use as a mask, I said this in the video please watch to the end, you'll understand better.
