I’m a very forgetful person so if you are too this could save you in work, school etc. Write down a list of everything you need to do in the morning, night or whenever in an order that suits you. Stick it next to your bed or wherever you will see it and follow its instructions! I recommend if you do something different each day/ night to write separate lists. Trust me it works so well! No more worrying if you forgot to do or take something. ☺ It boosts your confidence and takes away your worries of “Did I forget something?” Or “Oops I forgot to get in my daily workout!” Lmk if this works!
