I kinda don't like seeing him like this. His character deserves it, but I liked him as the villain and wish he had a longer run. When everybody came to his trophy room and Tommy told them what Dream had been doing, I think Dream should've had one of those enderpearl insta-travel things to escape (imo). Then, everybody on the server would know, they would be united against him, but he wouldn't yet be defeated. Then they could've had an epic battle, and maybe then he'd be put in jail or killed. It feels like the coin flipped a little _too _fast for me. Just my opinion. His character's manipulative, but it's hard to imagine him being so sinister only a short time ago to be apologizing and saying "I'll be good" like a weak character. Because, up until now, his was definitely not a weak character.

Oh, there's no way this is the end of Dream. The smile coming back at the end of Ranboo's stream basically confirms that. He'll find some way to get out, and when he does he's gonna be PISSED. Him apologising is probably just lies, trying to convince Tommy to trust him and let him out. It was way too easy, Dream let them win, at least to some degree.
It’s an act he isn’t really sorry
For me- it kind of makes sense why he would act like this-
He cant escape- he just dies and respawns at the same spot over and over
No ones there to visit him
He doesnt even have friends-
Everyone hates him
Being in solitude with no chances of escape can drive anyone mad
He just wants out
And even before this-
Dream didnt exactly seem ‘sane’
He def had some sort of issues- idk what-
This might just be because Dream’s character reminds me of Rika (a character in mystic messenger)

And while it isnt something that can ever be justified or rationalized- nor can it be easily forgiven
Her mental illness did play a part in it

And have the weight of his actions just dawn on him

Though i do agree with him being defeated ended faster that i expected-
But he couldve lost on purpose- maybe he has smth up his sleeve
And either way i think it was a losing battle
Dream might be good at pvp
But he cant fight against the ENTIRE server and come out unscathed or without losing a life
I think dream has gone SLIGHTLY crazy

He is ACTING sad to make Tommy feel guilty he doesn't sound upset. Basically an abuser plays the victim to make the actual victim of their abuse feel bad feel guilty. Dream is going to get out of there let's be honest but he deserves to be in the prison.
Let me just write the things he did to Tommy
-He took a stupid excuse to exile Tommy and force his best friend to do it
-he manipulated him by going there everyday and making Tommy think that he is his friend
-He Litterally did something to the invites for Tommy's beach party to make him feel that he is more alone and use that advantage to manipulate him even more
-blew up his stuff everyday, blew up
His home, his tent his chests
-made him suicidal, hopeless, depressed
-Made him miserable everyday
-blew up L'Manburg
-Threatened to kill his best friend
-admitted that he blew up the community house and that he wants to control every person on the server
And now he is trying to manipulate Tommy by acting all sad while in reality he is trying to guilt trip his victim.

According to my progress I been keeping on him, he has a account with creative mode on it, he can spawn multiple withers
Dream is the most powerful one on the amp because of the account.
