    Hello, what kind of odd valve spring compressor you use or are you trying to avoide the spring return reflex? Normally you compress the spring with the arm (that you locked from the beginning). Cool episode!

      i Have the same and I got it from Princess Auto in Canada. I think Harbour Freight in the US is essentially the same thing. (You can also rent these tools)

      @@classicminidiy My question was not really about the tool (but I could not be totally sure) it was more the handling of the tool. Normally you start to adjust so the valve compressor has the right distance, the you compress the spring by using the short lever arm.     Do you have a video of you cylinder head spec of your supercharged / turbo build? I thought you did but can't find it

    Just stripping an old A-Series to learn more about it. I've taken off the valve springs and there are no visible seals. I've checked all of them and it just appears to be metal. They are rubber not some weird metal cap alternative?
