Hello Namaste , My name is Bhumi . I am from bhojpur, pangkhang village, Nepal . I am a farmer & i have a farm house on the top of pangkhang village very close to the jungle . I have a wife , her name is Sarmila & we have two children, a daughter , name - Anuma & a son, name - Sanuwa . our children live in bhojpur bazaar ( it is far from our village ) for their school . Sarmila when you cook fried rice add garlic and onions it makes more yummy ! Just slice garlic in a dice then onion and fry it first before adding rice.

Bhumi if you got some dry buff meat or pork fat, you're fried rice would taste better.Just a suggestion.Otherwise your plain garlic and turmeric would be just okay too.
