Kiara Sky Nails Oh thank you so much because I am allergic (asthma) to acrylic liquid. Polygel doesn't smell. I have short stubby and wide hand thumbs. So this would be perfect for me and now that I can use polygel -I am thrill. Thank you! Another question: Can you use a regular file? I don't have an electric file as of yet. I'm just starting doing my own nails.

I've done this many times. I do it often when I have a nail biter, it's great to extend the free edge before I apply a form. 😊
I often use this technique for my mum. It worked so well when she used to have incredibly short nails.
