Ingredients
8 pieces of 1/2”-1/4” thick pork belly (approximately 6 oz)
For the Curry
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp mayonnaise httpc://amzn.to/1poZf4d
For the Herb
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp herb de province or Italian herb mixture
1 tsp oil
1 tsp water
For the Wine
4 Tbsp red or white wine
For the Soy Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp red wine
1 green onion, chopped
1 clove garlic grated
1/8 tsp black pepper
For the Garlic
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp salt
For the Gochujang
1 tbsp gochujang, Korean red pepper paste or sriracha amzn.to/2Q0wqNC
1/2 tsp sugar (1 tsp if you are using sriracha)
1/2 tsp vinegar
For the Doenjang
1 tbsp doenjang, Korean fermented bean paste or miso amzn.to/2NQhflT
1 tsp mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, grated
For the Green Tea Salt
5 tsp salt
1/2 tsp green tea powder (matcha powder) amzn.to/2ihUYN0

@@ivy26 you have to go around looking at a Korean supermarket or a market that has mostly products from Asia
I have to comment that the measuring Scoops you using with those leaves on their prevent you from dipping the scoop any further past where the leaves are on the shaft of the measuring scoop, why don't you just been those leaves downward so that you can use it properly?

She talked a little bit about it at the end - you can use a portable table grill, like she has here, or in this video linked in the description ruclips.net/video/rb5G2wIWItU/видео.html, but you can also just cook it in a skillet/on a griddle on your stovetop as well. I've also done it on a griddle on my outdoor BBQ.

How would you cook the rolls of pork belly?
It's samgyeopsal so you'd do it on a grill
Unroll it and do it on a bbq grill. Grill it on both sides till coloured then cut into smaller pieces to cook through.
