Hi Nick, thanks for the feedback :) In enucleation the entire lesion is surgically removed in a single appointment. while marsupialization, is done for extremely larger lesions or lesions present in sensitive areas. An opening is made in the lesion and its edges are sutured to the external mucosa allowing gradual decompression of the lesion.The lesion is then removed at a subsequent appointment. Curettage, as the name suggests, is the removal of tissues from the wall of a cavity with a curette.
