I recommend you to do the following: - Get magic vines - Get as many hearts as you can - Get Area boosts and upgrade them as much as possible - Get Microcosmic embrace (the wand that x80% mana cost to all wands) - Get Expanding Container (optional but really synergizes with Vines) - Use your Area Boosts on Hearts + Vines to get insane mana regen and capacity - Transform your normals in Core Prisms, DMG Boosts, Overloads, Precise Shots, Tranquil Blooms, and other damage/ mana boosts i forgot to mention. Also Multishot and Core of Flame. - Track (normal level) can help you aim small monsters. - Enjoy your suboptimal dps as no other build requires so much effort for this little payoff lol. (You'll beat the game pretty easily tho)

imo, prims translate mana into dps. so for the first part, take the most efficient passive/modifier spell combination to make it, e.g: multishot converts 150% mana to 200% dps. i think it's just a matter of time until someone work the math. wands passive also works well because some capable to affect mana output. the one that matter next is elemental effect like how much flame or poison should be applied in a single wand. the rest is how you apply those things to some of the game mechanics like the number of wand, spell roll availability, etc.
I liked the idea of soul set and amplification for 7 prisms, but I think I would have been better off with reaper set honestly. I'm sure you could pull off a damage prims run though, but either way soul set screwed me I think
Triple area boost.... crazy pull... Love me some area boosts + capacity expansion stones + vine + arcane barrier.... become pretty much immortal :) Damage is meh, but don't mind long runs if I don't die :)
I managed to beat the game (not the producer though) with a prism build without poison once. No Wand spirits (reduce mana generation), but the reservoir wand with a ridiculous amount of base regen, vine and expansion cores. Main wand was the x150% damage stage 4 wand, not the 200%. Lots of multishot and split, as well as a bit of luck with mimicry cubes and good high rolled prisms. Did 200k damage, splattered all smaller enemies by simply looking at them. Now I wonder, does prism core work with fall and area?
I use the hammer with wand spirit a lot by putting it on with a spell that requires close range. If you do the same with Prism Core, you might not have to play melee range yourself as your wands will move in for you.
imho magma core should always be area boosted if at all possible, then throw all your copy cubes on other area boosts above the real magma cube to copy it. With like 6 area boosted magma cubes, maybe throw in a split+ for I think a *5 That would be a lot of dot and a lot of damage boost

NOO I DONT NEED THEM I SPIT ON THEM I DONT NEED NO COIN" (5 min later you keep getting out of money) talking gameplay mimic cube on expansion stone can copy epic spells, keep an eye open for it, it cost 2 rare spells for +1epic spell effect on all (7) wands, and using magic upgrade with area boost is insane, you can easily get two(14 with soul set) spells to ++ with it, i think you can make it work but you need to spellcraft just a little like actually thinking for 30 seconds may suffice, nice video!
Why do you keep talking about Ripple Wand? I dont understand how any of that stats will effect prism core? I dont think Prison is effected by CD and I dont think it ever get "cast" either. What is the benefit of split in this case? Normally, you get the original spell + 3 X 33% versions of it, but hammer/prison from what I have seen you just get the 3x33% versions so how is that an improvement? Or does it not debuff them?

@ Prism is still best on poison , though, you just need to stack as many 1 level prisms with as many high stack poisons as you can.

Reaper, plus maximum venom crystals, plus as many splits to prism as possible is the only way I've made the prisms work.
The loss of range really hurt me, I felt like maybe I didn't have enough poison. Maybe this can be a revisit!

i tried this run on my own and let me tell you it was SO rough i beat it but it was hell
also something about prism core and split glitches and prevents it from firing
try slapping auto navigate to ur prism core. it works wonders

Prism and hammer are effected by -every- boost, order doesn't matter
Prism and Hammer don´t count as spells, but passives which multiply with everything else on the wand.
