Ultraman Ace is truly bizarre plotwise & graphically violent in some episodes. It was the only early 1970s Ultra series to feature a man and a woman who could transform into Ace. (Anyone know of an Ultrawoman series??) The special effects & speeded--up filming make this look like a kid's show on steroids. No wonder it was only broadcast in Hawaii, dubbed and likely edited as well. 😸😸😸🐲🐲🐲🐸🐸🐸

One thing I take away from the horribly violent death of Muruchi is that Ace generally would pay back such cruel acts with suitably violent deaths for the monsters, such as the suitably violent end of Doragory.
