- This video features movements at Santo Domingo airport In The Dominican Republic, single runway ops from a bridge north of Runway 17, there are barely any locations to film at this airport and is also considered not a safe place to do filming
Filmed freehand using a Sony AX-53 Camcorder
The filming location is about a 45 minute walk from the airport terminal, a very unstable bridge above a highway, I flew in especially to fly on the Eastern B767-200 that you see at the end of the video, Santo Domingo has some interesting old airliners which makes for a good watch

Definitely gives off an early 2000s vibe. 7:58 landing seriously looked like time travel to the past with the old livery 767 and fairly close to a tailstrike on the after landing flare

That 737-200 was delivered to Frontier Airlines in 1978, then in 1986 - it flew for United Airlines. Strapped to the wings are the magnificent JT8D-17 engines. I’m extremely happy to see it still flying! I wish it was flying in the USA still
