i personally like it because its progression from what is was like in the past. i would like motocross to be known for being a sport that takes balls and not a sport like foot ball or basketball with little consequence. I also like it because i dont have problems with the big jumps and there one of the few sections on tracks i can make up time on the fast guys
my cousin has a rmz250 and its stock, he can do them in 3rd gear. factory engine work doesnt make you faster. makes it easier on the bike, but more rebuilds and upkeep.
I wounder if the pros are even effected by it one bit? Like a good amateur rider will knows it coming and like you almost prepare in your head. I wounder if they even do? Craziest jump I ever saw was at Atlanta super-cross like 2002, maybe 03 or 01? They were using the start burn (only like 2 feet high) to launch about 120 feet onto and over a double step up (which was way higher then the launch berm). They took it out by the time the night races started. Same area that K-dub had his big one at
@ryan519636 the crf150rbs actually can... you just have to have the balls and get going pretty good. ive only see that tripple on done by a 150 prlby like once or twice

it always trips me out how us riders remember the speed to hit every jump... like its not even a conscious decision its all just flow
i would say 3rd depending on ur speed and where the jump is in the track

keep on the gas . worry about leveling out in the air. only brake tap if ur holding in ur clutch.
