hey dude quick question dude i have done my swap and was looking through the wiring and the s4 wiki and some others all mention disconnecting the brown 15 pin connector passenger a pillar "Disconnect Brown 15 pin plug in right lower a-pillar, this connects the CAN bus and K-line to TCU" my car has 2 brown 15 pins in there i cant find anywhere specifying what connector is what
YOUR SO GOOD AT EDITING BUT THAT TAG AT THE BEGINNING NEEDS TO BE THE SIZE OF YOUR FACE. BUT DONT COVER-UP THAT CUTENESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My reverse sensor was not the same plug as you it seems, mine is more the 2 pin 02 Sensor style plug, not the smaller metal clip plug you typically see on injectors.
Hey after I remove the tcu, I would like to remove the whole wiring harness also. Can just chase and remove? Can I cut the terminal off under the carpet with no worries?
I have been considering this swap for a while. Do you know what transmissions are compatible for it? I know that that B5 S4 manual is an automatic match but I read somewhere that the B6 S4 manual transmission is compatible. Do you know if this is true or not?
@@ralstonnajarro5761 Allroad 01E uses 4.375:1 rear diff. Incompatible with B5 S4 Manual diff (4.11) and B5 S4 Auto diff (3.89). 0A3 transmission from B6/B7 S4 can be made to work, and will mate with B5 S4 Auto rear diff (3.89). 0A3 is also longer than 01E, so it will only need a small spacer to fit the B5 S4 Automatic center driveshaft.

There is, and you can do all of that using VCDS without having to send it out to someone

Just bought a 2001 Audi S4 but needs a new engine do you recommend the 2.7 or swap it with a 4.2?
Honestly, I would stick with the 2.7t, you can make a lot more power a lot more easier than the 4.2, but the 4.2 is pretty unique and pretty cool.
