If you can shoot a college 3 pointer + one handed. You’re a pretty gifted shooter. it’s all training/reps. Training your off balance shooting along with, your handle to your shots/fakes/drives & practicing standstill deep threes which will naturally improve your deep pull up three. Then certainly your standing catch & shoot threes. Remember to Stay low to the ground in your release from deep range. Makes you a threat at any level.

That’s the truth. Curry is an unbelievable talent but he’s ruined kids that want to play like he does. U can’t get kids to understand proper mechanics will get u there as u grow but at 8 yr old can’t shoot 3s the right way. But for the ones that will actually listen to good coaching that develops great fundamentals and even at a young age can shoot from distance with good form. Personally I wouldn’t let a kid any younger than 12 or 13 shoot beyond 15 feet. That will also teach them there’s more to scoring than 3s. Develop a floater, pull up jumper, and creativity around the basket

I used two think that you could push with both arms when shooting with form but no. I'm currently on my 4th week of working out regularly and practicing my shooting form. It's almost perfect. I'm 13 and I've only been playing(shooting around) for 2 years and it's gone great.
