Incredible to me someone would do this for under-appreciated Sunrise, of all songs, after almost 40 years since its release. And nailed it! My favorite song from my favorite group. Hooky's effort second only to Steve's, IMO.
Agreed! Literally my favorite song, period. And I'm an old guy. It's all there- great lyrics, and three performances that even individually make you recognize how much work is being put into it. I can never listen to it just once. Have to go at least two more times, first to isolate the bass, and then again for the drums. Can't believe it took me this long to check if anyone had tried a cover. Thanks for the work, and for making my search a great experience.
Such a brilliant , talented , brilliant band and such a shame they fell out . Superbly dynamic never to be replicated . I honestly believe Ian would be proud of the outstanding music New Order went on to make . In my humble opinion they never made a bad tune /song ❤

New Order is not the same without Peter Hook. Simply genious...

Sunrise for me is one of the best songs ever written. Hooky's riff is one of the most beautiful ever played on this instrument.

Brilliant. Anybody else notice the record that was on Ian's turntable that fateful night in the background?
Cool eyes! "The Idiot" in background 😎
Super ligne de basse. Bravo pour la prestation!👍 My favorite song of N.O.
