In nepal, you get to see this thing carved outside on the main temple. This signifies that all these sexual and materalisitic thing are to be left outside and go inside temple to feel the divinity. In a sense, it shows that this sexual thing are a part of life but not the ultimate. There is something greater to experience.
haven't been there for years. I have always loved southbank. Gotta get back there soon. I did notice there was a lot of work going on there so was going to wait till it was all over before I check it out again. Great vid mate. That certainly is not G rated lol. Enjoyed mate, really did. Looking forward to seeing what waterfalls you visit. Thanks for sharing :)
Yeah, the waterfalls are still in the works. Went out to Lamington National Park planning to do Elebana Falls, but it didn't happen on the day for various reasons, but will be heading back soon. Not sure when they're gonna be done at South Bank, though. Looks like it may still be a while based on the state when I was last there.
@@BrisbaneChannel mate Lamington is an awesome place. Love it there. Yeah they look as though the work is going on for a while, should be ready by summer I guess.
That's the amazing thing. They've always been part of the pagoda. I must've visited at least ten times without noticing. But once you notice them, you see them every time!
all of those erotic art in Nepalese temple wall is called TUDAL, People also believe that if Tudal is there in the temple, it helps to protect from lightning strikes.
That’s actually union of feminine energy and masculine energy for creation of universe. Creation needs these two form of energy. Without it there is no creation.
I take it you mean the next video is Blu Art Xinja . Great if it is as his work is everywhere and getting better every time. I hope you asked about the Butterflies.
The photography challenges weren't particularly popular, so I'm not sure it's a path I'll continue down. So if you're here for photography content, what other things would you like to see apart from challenges?
Likely not surprising for people who are from or have been to Nepal, but for those of us who don't have knowledge of Nepalese culture, it is. Some of the other comments here from people with more knowledge of the "tudal" that feature on a lot of Nepalese temples have been quite educational.
“Should’ve said ‘quickie’ “! (Good one!) 😄👍

I've seen the Pagoda several times during my holidays there, even walked through it, but never ever noticed what you shown us today 🙈😂
Yes, I must've been there at least thirty times before I noticed it!
interesting info... keep sharing
Cheers, will do. :)
Oh wow its really nice inside hahaha i didnt expect whats inside the nepalese peace pagoda. Next time surely to have a look inside. 😁
Actually there's three floors, but the public only has access to the ground floor, sadly. :(
How did I miss this place? I need to re-visit Southbank. 🤔
South Bank's the kind of place that gives you something new each time you visit.
WOW!!! Really beautiful place. I never knew we had something like that here. Will have to check it out one day.
Definitely worth it, and the rainforest walk next to it is also great.
Were those there before the refurbishment. I haven't been there in over a decade.. but surely I would have noticed some of those.

Thanks for that. I Googled it and learnt a bit!
Haha this is great, I’ll have to have a closer look next time!
It's definitely worth doing so! You'll never see it the same way again!
Bow chicka wow wow.. People get a bit freaked out about nature 👌
Yeah, it's a bit stupid I even felt I had to put it at 18+ after reading RUclips's guidelines. Already lost me two subscribers so far!
Wow, interesting! I've been there countless of times, never realised this before 😂
Yeah, I know, right? I don't know how many times I'd been there before I noticed!
right, like noticed some accurate features, but i never questioned the poses

I found out after making the video that they're called Tudal.
thats a nice place i did not manage to go there when i was there
You probably walked right past it, as it's about 200m from Streets Beach at South Bank, which I see you did visit when you were here.

Well... my lips are sealed for now...
Interesting things I don't see everyday! Thank you so much for this information! It is erotic indeed "the Nepalese Peace Pagoda"!
Haha, yeah, it's definitely something different about Brisbane! Thanks for visiting!
When’s your next photography challenge coming out
