What $1800 Per Month Gets You In Vancouver Downtown

Living in downtown Vancouver can get pretty expensive. Here's a studio tour of 1142 Granville Street, The Standard Building run by Bluesky Properties.
This tiny 320 square foot studio comes fully furnished with a double size Murphy bed, full bathroom and kitchen including dishwasher, and lots of great amenities. It also includes internet and cable TV! You can enjoy a great rooftop clubhouse with pool table, TV, and bar to host parties, a meeting room, a pretty decent gym that includes a squat rack, and a rooftop patio! Underground parking is also available for about $150/month extra. Laundry is extra but no need for coins as you use a card and can fill up online pretty easy with a credit card. It's approximately $2 to $2.75 per load to wash or dry. There are storage units on site, and in lieu of a concierge to receive your packages, there is an onsite secured locker for larger parcels.
The best perk is the location as you are in the heart of the Granville Entertainment District, and close to everything! There is a bus stop right in front, and you are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and the Stanley Park Seawall!
This is a very well managed building and a can't be beat location in downtown Vancouver.
