I live about twelve miles North of Portland. There was a time when I would spend time and money in this once beautiful city. The Rose Gardens on a summers day, the Washington Park Zoo ( especially on Halloween ) Oingo Boingo on the sternwheeler. So many more amazing places. I have not been into the city in about ten years. HeartBreaking to see what it has become.
