It could be how I initially conditioned/coordinated my hands/fingers. Details matter

Great vid. I did read on IronMind's site that the whole "dog leg" concept is a misconception, and that it makes no difference white way it's used. Not sure what to make of that. Per their site: "When a torsion spring is manufactured, one of the arms comes out of the coil with a slightly sharper bend than the other, and "dog leg" is what some people call that side of the spring. They go on to recommend that this side of the gripper is the one you should put by your thumb. In fact, dog legs are what allow your best friend to run-and it takes the same force to close a gripper regardless of which handle you plant against the base of your thumb and which one you wrap your other fingers around. Ask Newton . . . or any high school physics student: this is a difference that makes no difference. "

If you can't close gripper #2,you should take CoC #1.
I was put on this earth to lift stuff. I don't like putting it down. LOL.
I tried your technique on COC 3 my hands are 7.5 inches , I can’t even put my finger
Sounds like you didn't set it deep enough. You would need to strengthen your set. My ebook, Cadence Based Gripper Training, has an 8-week program that includes drills for strengthening the set.
where do you buy one at???
i like how these videos are all about how to make the exercise as EASY as possible, so you can get EGO numbers on a gripper. goodness gracious it reeks of desperation
No douche bag. This is how the cert was first done and how it has always been done in Grip contests.
But please watch a couple thousand more of my videos and leave comments
@@gripstrength i wont watch any and youre small and weak. you are also mentally weak to reply like this. shameful frail small man.
@@gripstrength a benchpress with the "competition form" is mocked and degraded. looked upon with pity. you are this pitiful excuse.
@@gripstrength suck it. get wrecked

can you close coc #4??
bro what, this setup hurts my grip hand and it takes absurd effort to even get my first 3 fingers on, meanwhile I can close using a grip with no setup
Not sure what to say to that
@@gripstrength the handle splitting the pinky puts a shit load of pressure on that area
@@medieval_flail do you have an injury there, or do you just need to toughen your hands up?
@@gripstrength neither lol think I'll just stick with what works for me
@@medieval_flail fine with me bro. Like I said, I wasn't sure what I was supposed to say.

Why don't they make Coc's for smaller hands... I mean I have 7.5" hands and I struggle so hard to close them, I have the strength so I don't understand, I struggle with the 140 pounds but I manage to close the 200 pounds, like what the hell ? If you have larger hands then that's called cheating, of course you'll be better at closing them...
There's lots of different gripper companies out there that make narrower grippers bro.
@@gripstrength I didn't know that, awesome thanks !
and ebay 25 bucks
For it not mattering, an AWFUL lot of people do it.
what?
Huh?
The guide is 60 ibs not 30 and the dog leg doesn’t matter. This guy doesn’t know his stuff
Lofi Pine Watch my videos on the rating system used in grip sport. And understand that the numbers associated with the COC grippers were assigned by one dude, when he squeezed the first four that were made in the series.
I've got about 9 inch hands and I am 17.
Viktor E Awesome. Thanks for watching and be sure to subscribe.
