I feel like laughter is the best medicine (along with doctor's instructions) but laughter creates oxytocin a natural chemical in the body that makes you feel good and people who laugh a lot tend to be more healthy. I know it helps me when I am sick or feeling sad and I turn to this show and it always helps! Rob is hilarious and I would love to be a guest on this show just once to experience what it is like to interact with this cast. Their energy is great. Steelo hates racoons and I feel so bad for him watching some of these clips but then it's funny too when Rob starts in on him. Steelo's a class act. I am like an older Chanel down to a very similar laugh and once Rob asked on the show to shout out if there was any older sister type for Chanel to because she is an only child and so am I so I really feel for her. She is a very hard worker with her music too. My friends have said it more than once that we are a lot alike.
Also, I thought the same thing that Steelo said about when Rob forgot his wallet and the guy gave him $14.00. The guy took Rob's wallet lol. Maybe a pick pocket with a conscience lol.

Can I say soething towards 2:15 . As someone who has spent AMPLEEEEEE time in the hospital for a multitude of different reasons. Health, my own dumbass fault, mental illness..... A lot of people hate how often Ridiculousness is playing on MTV. When you are sitting in a hospital bed, alone, visiting hours are over for the next 12-14 hours. The fact that this show was on to keep me laughing through ALLL of the bullshit is something i couldnt thank this show enough for. I will never, not defend them playing this overnight for that reason, because if it wasnt on as often as it was with me spending nights, days, hours, weeks in the hospital..... I might have jumped out the hospital window. Idc how stupid the videos are, if im in the hospital because I am coming out of a coma from epilepsy, or because I am an asshole and have to detox from alcohol.....this shit keeps me from giving up because it makes me cry laughing when im in the worst parts of my life. Loved Rob since I started skating when I was younger and have come to love Steelo and Chanel because of the hapiness they bring to the program. You guys do a real service whether you realize it or not and I love you guys for it
