But on doctor's suggestion, I put request for further extension on leave for next 2 weeks, but management sent me mail " we will inform you when ever we required your services". Sir, I faced illegal termination last year from my company in Hyderabad. Lost my job one year ago. I contacted one employment lawyer in Hyderabad over phone. He charged me rs 3000 for sending the legal notice. He is not showing me the final legal that he has sent to the defendants even after so many requests. He is not lifting the call also. Also the defendants did not receive the legal notice (on tracking I found that). The lawyer is not responding to my email also. He did not keep me in loop in the email conversations also with the defendants and other foreign directors of the company. I have any money left for appointing another lawyer. I claimed 30 lakhs amount in the legal notice. But my lawyer is completely ignoring me now. What to do in such situation. I still want to file against my company HR deptt and also I want to teach a lesson to the Advocate. Please help me

There is a company named Triplan in Pune which fired 5 people by telling them don't come from tomorrow, they all were experienced people with families to take care of. Company said we don't have projects so take this 2 months salary and don't come from tomorrow. The guys were devastated. I can only imagine how much stress they would be in. You can challenge your illegal termination before concern labour commissioner office. They will notice your company for cancellation and if not done in 45 days they refer your case in labour court without any fees.

Now my issue is I got service letter after 40 days and I didn't get realiving letter when I went to find job in the interview and I cracked a job now the new company was asking me for realiving letter and service letter I failed to submitt the realiving letter so I was not selected in that company. There is a company named Triplan in Pune which fired 5 people by telling them don't come from tomorrow, they all were experienced people with families to take care of. Company said we don't have projects so take this 2 months salary and don't come from tomorrow. The guys were devastated. I can only imagine how much stress they would be in.
Had they demanded for Termination letter, they could've saved their jobs and prevented others from getting fired.
You can challenge your illegal termination before concern labour commissioner office. They will notice your company for cancellation and if not done in 45 days they refer your case in labour court without any fees.

I have worked in a company for 2 years 3 months and after that I have personal issue due to which I was not able to perform but after that one fine day hr manager and my manager called me and gave me termination letter and tells me not to come from the next day I accepted it in pain and went home. Now my issue is I got service letter after 40 days and I didn't get realiving letter when I went to find job in the interview and I cracked a job now the new company was asking me for realiving letter and service letter I failed to submitt the realiving letter so I was not selected in that company. When I asked my previous company to provide me the realiving and service letter that are not providing me instead thay are saying that they will not be able to share you the Relieving letter based on your Type of Exit.please help me I want to start my new job by suggesting me what to do next.

As per my knowledge. ..if u hv appointment letter of past company then u send an e mail to ur past company requesting release letter. And send (Cc) to presently joined company. So that present company will understand that u have requested release letter.

*I had joined a bank as a clerk after one month my seniors started harassing me so in this reference I had mailed to my Regional office as well as HR and MD also they had called me to meet in RO. I went there after that AGM visited my branch and scolded one of my seniors but not to manager. So after few they again said join that branch but I didn't respond because my mood and health was not prepared to work with them so I was mute. After few days I have received a notice that my services will be terminated on that day. So In this reference I sent them mail kindly transfer me some where else as I am not able to work with them. But they didn't listen and terminated me on 23-05-2018. Can I do anything now regarding this?*
If your termination is not followed by termination rule, then you can challenge before labour commissioner under ID Act . Please watch our other video about termination.

They cnt remove u straight away. They will ask u for Resign, if u don't give, they will threaten you, but u have to be strong and keep searching for new job.and who wud like to work with such companies, once they lost employees trust.
