    Commendable .......it really happens in private sector jobs....I have personally faced such situation and trapped to resign and manager also threatened about negative feedback so that I won't get job in other company and he did so.... now I am unemployed for the last three years.... thanks a lot you initiated to spread this awareness.     I am working in a company of Vasantnagar, Bangalore from past 15years. 2 or 3 times the name of the company have been changed and now one name is only kept and I am working there now (wax model maker). Now company is saying that "give resign and then later after giving termination your salary will be decreased " I have said ok but why resign for this. They are pressurizing me to give resign after 21st of July. So what to do now.

    There is other side of the story too, despite of going to court...if u get termination letter then probability of getting another job would be very less...that’s why people in IT sector resigns in case of firing and search for another job so that in background verification employee doesn’t get negative feedback

    I were working in engineering college, I were suffering from joindish. I informed management regularly and extended my medical leaves up to 4 weeks. But on doctor's suggestion, I put request for further extension on leave for next 2 weeks, but management sent me mail " we will inform you when ever we required your services".
    Is it termination letter or I should demand for this?

    Sir, I faced illegal termination last year from my company in Hyderabad. Lost my job one year ago. I contacted one employment lawyer in Hyderabad over phone. He charged me rs 3000 for sending the legal notice. He is not showing me the final legal that he has sent to the defendants even after so many requests. He is not lifting the call also. Also the defendants did not receive the legal notice (on tracking I found that). The lawyer is not responding to my email also. He did not keep me in loop in the email conversations also with the defendants and other foreign directors of the company. I have any money left for appointing another lawyer. I claimed 30 lakhs amount in the legal notice. But my lawyer is completely ignoring me now. What to do in such situation. I still want to file against my company HR deptt and also I want to teach a lesson to the Advocate. Please help me

    Thank you Sir, I have shared this video to everyone in my contact list. Very important topic in chemical design industry.
    There is a company named Triplan in Pune which fired 5 people by telling them don't come from tomorrow, they all were experienced people with families to take care of. Company said we don't have projects so take this 2 months salary and don't come from tomorrow. The guys were devastated. I can only imagine how much stress they would be in.
    Had they demanded for Termination letter, they could've saved their jobs and prevented others from getting fired.

      You can challenge your illegal termination before concern labour commissioner office. They will notice your company for cancellation and if not done in 45 days they refer your case in labour court without any fees.

    मेरे साथ Same यही हुआ था। HR ने मेरे से बोला था कि अगर Terminate किया तो Experience Letter नही दिया जाएगा।
    मगर मेरे द्वारा Higher Management में बात करने के बाद, HR कुछ कर ही नही पाया मेरा।

      तब मेरे कुछ Senior ने मुझे Suggest किया।।।।।। कि Gurgaon HR को बिना बताए HR Head से बात करो।
      मैं HR Head के पास गया।।।।।अपनी Problem समझाई।।।।।।। और उस को अहसास कराया कि Job मेरे लिए बहुत Important है।।
      फिर HR Head ने Gurgaon HR को Call कर के अपने पास बुलाया।।।।।
      और सिर्फ 5 Min के लिए मुझको बाहर बैठने के लिए बोला।।।।।।
      5 Min बाद Gurgaon HR बाहर मेरे पास आया।।।।।।।
      और बड़ी इज़्ज़त से बात करने लगा। कोई जरूरत नही है Resign की।।।।।।

    I have worked in a company for 2 years 3 months and after that I have personal issue due to which I was not able to perform but after that one fine day hr manager and my manager called me and gave me termination letter and tells me not to come from the next day I accepted it in pain and went home. Now my issue is I got service letter after 40 days and I didn't get realiving letter when I went to find job in the interview and I cracked a job now the new company was asking me for realiving letter and service letter I failed to submitt the realiving letter so I was not selected in that company. When I asked my previous company to provide me the realiving and service letter that are not providing me instead thay are saying that they will not be able to share you the Relieving letter based on your Type of Exit.please help me I want to start my new job by suggesting me what to do next.

      As per my knowledge. ..if u hv appointment letter of past company then u send an e mail to ur past company requesting release letter. And send (Cc) to presently joined company. So that present company will understand that u have requested release letter.
      I think it will work for you.

    *I had joined a bank as a clerk after one month my seniors started harassing me so in this reference I had mailed to my Regional office as well as HR and MD also they had called me to meet in RO. I went there after that AGM visited my branch and scolded one of my seniors but not to manager. So after few they again said join that branch but I didn't respond because my mood and health was not prepared to work with them so I was mute. After few days I have received a notice that my services will be terminated on that day. So In this reference I sent them mail kindly transfer me some where else as I am not able to work with them. But they didn't listen and terminated me on 23-05-2018. Can I do anything now regarding this?*

      If your termination is not followed by termination rule, then you can challenge before labour commissioner under ID Act . Please watch our other video about termination.

    मैं यह जानना चाहता हूं कि यदि एक कर्मचारी जो कंस्ट्रक्शन कंपनी में मैनेजर पद पर था और ड्यूटी के दौरान कोरोना संक्रमण से मृत्यु हो जाए । इसके उपरांत आश्रितों को पता चला कि कंपनी न तो PF दें रही थी न ही किसी तरह का बीमा था जिससे आश्रितों को आर्थिक मदद नहीं मिली ऐसी स्थिति में आश्रित परिवार क्या करे।

      They cnt remove u straight away. They will ask u for Resign, if u don't give, they will threaten you, but u have to be strong and keep searching for new job.and who wud like to work with such companies, once they lost employees trust.
      But Don't give up.

    Sir mai ek mnc company me job karta hu sales executive post pe but waha meri salary bahut kam hai maine dusri company me interview diya waha ho gya mera maine fir apne old company me resignation de diya mail pe ab wo bol rhe hai 1 month ka resignation dena hota hai aapne 1 week ka diya hai is wajah se aapko job se turminat Kiya jata hai aur aapko kuchh bhi nahi milega settlement jaisa aur na hi experience latter maine us company me 3.5years job kiya hai....

    Sir Ji company walon ne bhi duty toh nahi de aur socha tha ke ESIC office kuch kaam ban jayega per esic Bima insurance se bhi kuch daal nahi gali sir Ji mere esic doctor hath upar kar liye kuch nahin ho sakta hai kal se duty join karlo jab denghe toh joint karounga.     Sir my company wants me to resign after 3 years of service but i refuse to give regination and asked for termination letter with reason that company is not able to bear cost and process dissolved by company as said by company. it's non of related with my performance, but they are saying that they will not provide any reason in termination it's all upto company. What I suppose to do pls suggest
