Brother that is on highway, not inside city limit. This is city limit bro. Inside city limit there will be lot of junctions signals etc so no such rules, please read the road rules once again please. So only they marking city limit starter, city limit ends etc sign boards.

@AshokAshok-fu6fy brother I think u not understanding road rules first, OK as per u say here only 2lane is there, if I go in left then left turning bus or other vehicles what they will do if straight going I drive in full left lane.
Straight going me drive in left means then left turning vehicle will cut me front and accident will occur brother. So only as per traffic rules they mentioned as city limit because here there will be lot of junctions, crossings, left right turns etc.
