The goat-like sound was a tribute paid by Dimash to the former lead singer of the band he is playing with, who died a while ago. It is a form of mourning the dead at funerals in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, artistically ''brushed'' a little bit by Dimash . He uses symbolism a lot in his songs. After the song ended, he took the time to thank the band ; he is a considerate man.

If you want to feel like you have to give him more flowers, watch "Love Is Like A Dream", where he sings like an angel. Or watch his latest music video, released just a couple of days ago, "Qairan Elim" (Oh, my holy land), that he also directed, but be warned, it is heavy and deep and may leave you feeling crushed.
The very serious "Quairam Elim" is about 'tempering"---the process of strengthening things such as glass and steel, by putting them through fire. It shows Kazakhstan (Dimash's beloved nation) going through the "fire" of war, with its violence and suffering, and then it suggests that Dimash, himself, has been going through a similar process in the intense effort he puts into his work, as well as, perhaps, the increased solitude he experienced during quarantine. Although he is loved, literally by BILLIONS of people, his genius and uniqueness make him a solitary person, in the sense of it being "lonely at the top." With whom can he discuss, on an equal level, what it is like to return home through crowds of worshiping fans, to the contrast of utter solitude in his own room? From what he says, his mind does turn to creativity. He does have the rarified companionship of unique friends such as Igor Krutory, and the singer Tengri, but nevertheless, his gifts have the effect of leaving him with very few people as true companions. This solitude is, I believe, part of the "fire" through which he has had to pass, to come out strengthened and toughened, and able to go on doing the work he does for the world. I find "Quairen Elim" to be heart-wrenchingly beautiful, and a worthy first directorial work for such a talent as Dimash. He can be very, very proud of this, his first step into another level of his development as a musician.

This was my first video of him. I was blown away. It gave me chills starting from part where he crescendo’s to the really high note and by the end of the song I was tearful. I been hooked on Dimash since. In want to give him flowers too. There is also something soothing about his voice. My favorite right now is “Daybreak”. Oh man, what a tear jerker. His last name is pronounced: Ku-die-BEAR-gen This song he performed with the actual band that wrote the song who are from his country of Kazakhstan named " " A'Studio " Their lead singer died (I believe it was 2015) and Dimash redid this song and performed it at the New Wave in Russia.

The singer of the group A-Studio passed away, and in this concert, the group was backing up guest vocalists. The triangle man is multi-percussionist Ilya Pokrovsky, a very talented man and a close friend of Dimash and member of the Dimash team (DQ Team). He plays various percussion instruments and accompanies Dimash in all his concerts. Someone explained that the special tribal riff is something practiced in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia. A similar technique is also used in some parts of the Middle East. It is referred to by some as a "glottal stop". We use it too when we say "uh oh". A Kazakh RUclipsr commented that Dimash used a Kazakh singing technique, called 'komeymen aytu'. You can hear it among the Turan Group. Saha people Rus) uses this technique too; they called it 'kylyhah'. I read somewhere that the tribal vocalization was a tribute to the deceased singer, as it is similar to a technique usually used by women in Kazakh funeral ceremonies. For those who like information about Dimas' songs: The story behind this song is very interesting: The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song, without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition, the final part he added, with an oriental technique. The song was originally performed in 1998 and the band's name is A'Studio (Russian-based Kazakhstani pop music group, "Alma-Ata Studio", city of Almaty). The dead singer (to whom Dimash was a fan) left the band in 2000 and passed away in 2015 and his name was Batyrkhan Shukenov. Love your reaction as usual. The band A-Studio is originally from Kazakhstan. The piano player, Baigali Serkebaev, composed the song. The singer of the group A-Studio passed away, and in this concert, the group was backing up guest vocalists. The triangle man is multi-percussionist Ilya Pokrovsky, a very talented man and a close friend of Dimash and member of the Dimash team (DQ Team). He plays various percussion instruments and accompanies Dimash in all his concerts.
Someone explained that the special tribal riff is something practiced in Kazakhstan, Mongolia, and other parts of Asia. A similar technique is also used in some parts of the Middle East. It is referred to by some as a "glottal stop". We use it too when we say "uh oh". A Kazakh RUclipsr commented that Dimash used a Kazakh singing technique, called 'komeymen aytu'. You can hear it among the Turan Group. Saha people Rus) uses this technique too; they called it 'kylyhah'. I read somewhere that the tribal vocalization was a tribute to the deceased singer, as it is similar to a technique usually used by women in Kazakh funeral ceremonies.
This concert was organized by the man in the white shirt who stood up in the first row, Billionaire Igor Krutoy, a famous Ukrainian and Russian music composer, performer, producer, and musical promoter. It was this performance that prompted him to come out of retirement and compose masterpieces for Dimash to sing, such as I miss you, Ogni Pietra, Your Love, just to name a few. Since this concert, he has been collaborating with Dimash, writing music with his vocal range in mind, and often accompanying him on the piano. So you'll see more of him. It must be very satisfying for him to sit down and compose music without constraints (limitations by ordinary singers). High notes, low notes, whatever his genius mind can conceive, Dimash will achieve.

The band that accompanies Dimash is the same one that composed the song,
without the singer who died after a heart attack! The band is also from
Kazakhstan and this performance by Dimash revitalized the song. In addition,
