7th Rohingya Genocide Remembrance Day. ( 25 August )

August 25 is observed as Rohingya Genocide Remembrance Day. Seven years have passed since the military regime in Myanmar launched its onslaught, forcing over 700,000 Rohingya ethnic and religious minority into Bangladesh, a neighboring country.
The genocide of Rohingya started decades ago, and it is on going. The current situation is worse than what my grandparents experienced, but the sad part is that what happens to the Rohingya people is not known to the world on a daily basis.
