HH Dalai Lama so far has been requesting CCP to grant autonomy to Tibet while it still will accept itself to be part of China but that time seems to have expired now and now HH should give a call for total freedom of his state if he wants to secure US etc support and also should declare Kailash Mansarovar region open to all the concerned religions for pilgrimage, this may incentivise India to extend atleast moral support for the cause.
