The Jeremy Days @ The Marquee Club, London 1989 (German TV Report)

Tele 5 was sort of the German MTV of the 80's and 90's.
Here's a TV report from 1989 filmed at the Marquee Club in London.
Billed as "Die Entdeckung des Jahres" we were set to play our break out show in our favorite city in the world, the place where we had recorded our first album (and would record our next one) and had lived for the past two years (Mildmay Grove, London N1). Apparently, the Tele 5 team had trecked all the way over to see how Germany's newest indie pop sensation would fare in the big city.
I don't really remember too much about the whole thing. But it looks like the place was full and the short clip of us playing 'Rome Wasn't Built In A Day' doesn't sound too shabby, so I guess we pulled it off enough to see another day...
