Can he do the same with Tottenham with limited budget? You know the answer will be a No, now this is what Klopp has done with Liverpool, from fighting for champions league spots, he has won it all with a limited budget. Remember Liverpool wanted Jude Bellingham but it is out of their price range, would City have the same struggle? Mbappe would love to play for Klopp but again can Liverpool afford him? Haaland remember gets close to 900k a week, look at the wage budget of City and Liverpool. Klopp is the goat from what he has achieved against teams who can spend as much as they want.

Team was so sluggish before the World Cup break and he changed the complete system and rhythm of the team. Now even Klopp is trying what pep is doing having Trent play similar to what Stones does.
