Not facts lol, he came to teams already successful, without the budget he wouldn't do as well as he has, even the Champions League, it has taken him ages to win it considering how much he has spent. Can he do the same with Tottenham with limited budget? You know the answer will be a No, now this is what Klopp has done with Liverpool, from fighting for champions league spots, he has won it all with a limited budget. Remember Liverpool wanted Jude Bellingham but it is out of their price range, would City have the same struggle? Mbappe would love to play for Klopp but again can Liverpool afford him? Haaland remember gets close to 900k a week, look at the wage budget of City and Liverpool. Klopp is the goat from what he has achieved against teams who can spend as much as they want.

Team was so sluggish before the World Cup break and he changed the complete system and rhythm of the team. Now even Klopp is trying what pep is doing having Trent play similar to what Stones does. People always like to talk like money can fix problems, look at how much chelsea have spent, look at how much United had to spend for one carabao cup. Barca had an off season before Pep took over and he completely changed them around.
