LPC stands for low pin count in case you were wondering.
Also the arrow on the connector always identifies pin 1, not necessarily a ground.

I work as a computer technician and made the mistake of buying a PCI, not PCIe, post card my first time around. Taught me to really read the listing when shopping online. After some hunting, found that this model post card is the most flexible and seems to present the most data out of any of them. Really appreciate your uploading this video so that we could see the card in action. Just as a heads up for you, not all motherboards send POST signals to the PCIe slots which is why your card isn't working there. The TPM (Trusted Platform Module) header is the guaranteed slot to get POST signals. There are also POST cards that utilize a connection to the internal USB ports as they receive a signal as well. Again, much appreciated!

Did you come across any TPM headers that use the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) bus so far? Apparently the POST codes only work with the LPC bus, but I'm trying to get confirmation for this.

I'm searching reviews for TL460s Plus and the new TL611 Pro, and landed here. Thanks for the video IN ENGLISH. Probably this is the only video I can find in English. For some translations of the manual. It says "the PCIe only works on Gigabyte motherboard, for other motherboard, use LPC". On the other side of the manual, there are two sections of list of LPC connectors on motherboard. The left side means small connector (2mm pitch), and the right side is big connector (2.54mm pitch). And the LPC connector on mother board is marked as LPC or TPM or DEBUG. Hope it helps.

Some cheap motherboards lack TPM header to cut costs, but all better ones have it.

Thanks for posting this video, I was looking for working demonstration on the TPM header.
On modern motherboards neither the PCI or PCIe connection will display anything, only the TPM over LPC connector will (Low Pin Count).
Note that in more recent motherboards, there might be an "SPI TPM" connector instead, which stands for Serial Peripheral Interface, and apparently this bus will NOT show any BIOS POST codes (for example, this is now on Asus x570 boards), so the card won't work there at all. At least that's my latest info, it's really hard to come by information regarding this.

THANK YOU for posting this! I've been googling for some sort of english user manual for this card without any success.
Just FYI LPC stands for "low pin count" bus, and there's a nice article on it on Wikipedia.
Also, from what I've read online, plugging the POST card into a PCI-E slot isn't ideal because the cpu can't write anything to the PCI-E bus until after a bunch of other components get tested and initialized, and if your computer fails in those earlier tests -- like the memory test -- it just halts without the PCI-E bus ever getting initialized.
TPM stands for "Trusted P Module", and those security modules attach to the LPC bus during bootup to somehow ensure that only a trusted OS image gets booted, so the TPM header has pins for the LPC bus, but may also have some other pins.
Apparently, there's no one standard for TPM or LPC headers on motherboards, so it would be nice if somewhere there was documentation of what signals the TLS460s plus card expected on what pins of the LPC sockets, so you could compare that with the TPM header pin-out of your motherboard manual.
