Hello, I have two recorders, I am interested in direct access to a group of cameras from both recorders, something like the “favorites” option, but I would like to access it from the main screen, without having to enter other menus. just press play and make the “favorite” cams appear

How do you change the order of the cameras in live view in DMSS app? So far I can drag and drop the positions but when I exit and enter again it will not hold the positions.
The widget option does not work on android. Just opens app but doesn't set a widget at all. Plz fix this as it's frustrating not being able to pin a favourite camera, especially when you have numerous!
How can I use the dmss app to set the time period (eg 2300-0400) that I want the dahua camera to alarm if it detects intrusion

Just replaced an WizSense XVR with an NVR as all cams now IPs after having replaced last 3 HDCMI cams with IPs. DMSS used to send me push notifications for SMD alerts on the HDCMI cams from the WizSense XVR, with Device Name, Channel Name to iPhone - Which was perfect. Now having setup the NVR I don't get the channel name on SMD alerts, instead DMSS push notifications displays Device Name (NVR) and w_Channel 1 i.e the channel number instead of the channel's name. Is there anyway the push notifications can display channel name on SMD alerts instead of "w_Channel number"? Kinda pointless if the push notifications cannot display channel name

Da li se u aplikaciji moze podesavati balans bele boje,osvetljenje i drugi parametri vezano za osvetljenje i potamnjivanje slike?Imam Imou cruze kameru koja nocu pravi snimak coveka izuzetno bele boje.Tako da je lice coveka neprepoznatljivo.Hocu pokusati u nekoj aplikaciji podesiti parametre da snima drugaciji kontrast.Hvala.

I have i problem in my dmss. It randomly show connection error. (My solution is reset nvr, but sooner it will show same error) Any permanent solution
Hi is it possible to turn off the lights on the camera, they come on at darkness, i would prefer to have no lights on and just have night vision ??

Is there a way to temporarily disable a camera for privacy? We want to have that option for the backyard camera.
Hi, Yes this is possible, Three dots on the site *** Device Details, Remote Configuration, Record Plan, Select Camera, Turn "Normal" off. Then the recorder will stop recording that camera. Don't forget to turn it back on when your done in the backyard :-)

Why does it say "Failed to get" in the status. It also states connectiom failed on all my family's phone.

I cant connect from mobile network for some reason, I could before but now it only connects if I go on to my home wifi. Any suggestion what to do?
iPhone? In settings your “cellular data” might be turned off
Android. All settings are on, I tried opening all ports on the router as well

@@DahuaUKIrelandSo what's the solution to that? I have exactly the same problem. When I add VTO it shows as a local device and when I'm not on my Wifi, there's no access to it. When I add that VTO via my external IP, I can access it from the outside, but can't access it while on my wifi....
What is the proper way to add the VTO so that it's accessible from both WIFI and when using cellular data?

I have a very annoying problem with DMSS. I have always used this to monitor my home CCTV and realised recently I did not have a login. So i attempted to login (first time ever) with my remembered login details on mobile and it said "This account is locked" - Please try again in a few minutes"
I also attempted to create a new account. Do you know how to fix this problem? I've updated my password on the physical device too and used that to try login to dmss and it still says "This account is locked"

This is a terrible app and I would highly advise against purchasing this camera. Dont do it.
