How many pricks you think he's had in his joints your guess is as good as anyone's on things for sure he's surrounded by at least 2 betamesatone Bob and his loyal side kick
Arrogate at his best was great. But remember that he lost 4 races and ran truly great in only 4 races. Secretariat at his best was greater. But remember that he lost 4 races, 5 including the DQ. Affirmed beat Spectacular Bid; Seattle Slew beat Affirmed. Don’t forget Ghostzapper who ran higher Beyers than Arrogate. Many people say that Dr Fager was the best up to 1 1/8. Man ‘o War lost only once. Who’s the best? At what distance? It is difference of opinion that makes horse racing.
Baffert found something in that horse that made him be selective, and to have similar type of super horses. Though I can be done with the abundant financial leisure one can have.
Quality of competition means a lot in the “who’s the greatest” discussion. Dr Fager ran against Damascus 4x. Damascus, in his prime, was probably better than any horse that Arrogate or any of the others faced. Secretariat faced Sham 4x. Sham was brilliant at CD and PIM. The great Bid beat nobody. Same for Ghostzapper. Then again, you can only beat the horses that run against you. To me, it comes down to Secretariat and Dr Fager in recent times, Man ‘o War the greatest of all time.
If every horse you train has been on drugs who wants to breed to those stallions every one in the clique the blood stock ponzi scheme works for all those so called ex quarter horse trainer's including Lucas both the worst thing ever happened to horse racing more blood on their hands than a butcher jas on his apron
@ohracefan. I don't think the quality of competition matters as much as you say to determine a horses greatness. If you set record times in the triple crown like secretariat did and they are still unbeaten in 2022, you are the greatest of all time. How would you know how great the horses who ran against Man o war are in order to make him the greatest of all time? I highly doubt there is much info on horses that long ago.
How can he speak of this horse like he was comparable to Secretariat. Yeah he is a good horse but no Secretariat boys. This horse would be eatting Big Red's dust.
dumbest thing ever...trying to give a horse a treat while you have his lip chained to control him...trying to look good for camera but looked stupid instead. "He wants to eat it?"...omg
Arrogate was registered as a grey/roan, like his sire Unbridled's Song. For a Thoroughbred, that means he was born with a chestnut base color, but also the gene for grey. Grey horses can be born any color normal for their breed, but over some years, gradually turn white. If Arrogate had lived long enough, he would have become white. The vast majority of "white" horses are properly called grey. In breeds other than the Thoroughbred, "roan" is distinct from a genetic grey. Roans have a base color, usually chestnut, bay, brown or black, heavily intermixed with white, giving an effect much like that of a greying horse. But the coloration of a roan is stable; they do not turn white with time.
He was so talented I still can't believe he is gone wow in the blink of the eye and so young loved every minute of watching you RIP
So sad that he’s gone. That 4 race streak was the best I’ve ever seen (travers WR, classic, Pegasus and Dubai WC).
In Saudi Arabia we love this horse
Rip big boy, have a nice time racing the stars 💔😔❤️
Good man Mr. Bob Baffert... Saludos from Nogales Sonora!
So sad that Arro died early hope some of his goals are successful on the track
He was never the same after the long journey.
Good horse trainers,Dubai world cup win .
Oh buddy. Sorry you didnt get more time here... RIP CHAMP!! 💔
Super horse 👍
The best since Secretariat
Wait till you see his songbird filly
Wow, bucking and wanting to play...obviously the race and the journey to Dubai didn't take much out of him!
He was injured in Dubai, wasn't the same horse when he came back ..
Let me break this down for everyone! There is no comparison to secretariat period! Track times don’t lie!
I was sad to hear of his passing at a young age
Nice horse boss
How many pricks you think he's had in his joints your guess is as good as anyone's on things for sure he's surrounded by at least 2 betamesatone Bob and his loyal side kick
I love Pharoah very much, but he could never beat Arrogate in a race.
Drew A Rockwell Totally agree,i think he is the only horse who could even be compared to THE GREAT SECRETARIAT THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES.
julie hertz wow...this horse couldn't warm up Spectacular Bid..lol
Uh, that would be Man o' War. Horse of the century. Period.
OK but Pharoah also didn't race as a four year old and Arrogate tanked at the end of his career so I don't think we should draw conclusions.
You cannot make an absolute from an unknown.
so sad he was lost this year.

Certainly feeling good after his travels : tragic he was lost so young

i have a feeling that he will have more success at stud than Pharoah and Justify

It doesn't matter who you are racing if you are setting track records.
I want horse racer

Uggg baffert

baffert sickens me. he looks and sounds like a criminal.

🇸🇦🇸🇦🙄💚.
I love Arrogate. But not The Juicer Baffert. Baffert is a cheat
DO not like that stud chain cutting into his upper gum, neither does he by the looks of things.....awful
Sarah Jones Did you ever try to control a high strung stud horse? They are dangerous at times.
@@irisproctor6635 OF course many times.
dumbest thing ever...trying to give a horse a treat while you have his lip chained to control him...trying to look good for camera but looked stupid instead. "He wants to eat it?"...omg
he got a weird color
