You have some great sewing projects ahead Whitney! The crochet look fabric would look great in the new Cashmerette pattern. It has simple lines, so minimal interruptions in that bold print.
Love the French Terry for your sweatshirt!! And Oh the Crochet look wool is gorgeous!!! Learn so much from watching your videos!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and love for sewing 🧵
Love that dress on you. Was so inspired by yours I downloaded the pattern and will try making it in a stretch velvet for Christmas. Agree on Minerva, their fabric selection is excellent. Glad you gave a nod to Gorgeous Fabrics (in Massachusetts), another online shop with wonderful fabrics.
Stylemaker has rib knit by the yard, I bought some and it is very nice. Gorgeous Fabrics has been around for a while now. I had bought some of their wool coating a long time ago in that plum purple shade, that was popular at the time, and it was a beautiful high quality wool. Unfortunately, the moths got to the coat! All that work...UGH! Learned my lesson though!
Great video! It was jam-packed with inspiration and beautiful fabrics. You had discussed barn coats in an earlier video and I must have missed that trend or maybe wasn’t a thing here in Canada? I really liked what you were describing however, with the contrasting fabric on the collar, so I applied that idea to my Coda Quilted Coat and just loved the outcome! I wish I could add photos here, but I don’t think that’s possible. It turned out great with the navy fabric on the colar and pocket flaps on the red quilted flannel coat. It’s gotten a lot of wear this Autumn and it’s very warm. Thanks for the inspiration!
On the Brynn cardigan, I was unclear on the sizing. I had three different sizes. One for bust, one for waist, one for hips. I measured my bust, 36”, waist 36.5, hips 41. I think I should have measured my abdomen for waist and increased bust size. Size 8 bust seemed way too small. I needed to also increase hip size. Will I learn how to do all of this in the alteration class? Can you please 🙏 tell me how much the class costs so I can plan for it?

Love the fabrics, especially the wool one, and definitely a statement piece
Love the fabric for Jenni’s coat 💕
Grear fabric haul and I agree with the person who said your dress is beautiful. It's very beautiful.❤

That Minerva exclusive fabric with the black background is absolutely beautiful! What type of fabric is it again?
Great review. Do you know who carries matching trim for sweatshirts? I can't find any this year
Didn't you make a pair of orange wide leg trousers a few years ago? The granny square coat might go really well with them.
Can you go through how to navigate around the Minerva website.
