Great presentation as usual. I love how this channel keeps changing. I don't know what to expect anymore when I see a new episode but I always get positively surprised. Large variety of properties are presented in different styles by various presenters but what is not changing is the quality. As for this episode, you look very dapper for sure :) This is a very nice property in a prime location in central London but of course, you pay for it! The price is extortionate but this is Mayfair after all.

Simply stunning! However, I wish the videographer gave a better view of the basket weave oak flooring in the office. EDIT: I see a view of the basket weave was shown later…..that one is by far my favorite of the oak floors.
I have watched this several times just noticed there is no tv in the rooms or living room, in the living room the best place will be above the fire place but there is no socket ,sure that could be installed
I used to work in the area and it’s a nice place, but the house prices are so over the top and you can buy much nicer homes in Greenwich for a far lower price

Beautiful apartment only issue is for £12m I would go for a mansion in Surry and not a leasehold property be it 99years lease. I think vloggers/ realtors should let people know of service charges added to the price apartments, because £12m is not the true sale price.
If you know anything about London, tourism, walkability is house so inner city areas are not built with a lot of parking in mind. Suburban London areas offer more parking
Beautifully done but the lack of windows in the kitchen and bathrooms and there's only one living area which is the formal room. There should be a room for like comfy TV not for guests...for 12 MILLION you can't really cut corners like that.
The apartment is really nice and the video is great too, however I subscribed for the channel originally for the down to earth, funny and informal way of presenting the properties (like how Tom and Jaz are still doing). I understand that this is Mayfair but I would be really sad to see the channel going to this suited and booted, fake smiles and whisky direction. Gorgeous apt. One thing missing is an elevator for anyone who might have difficulty with stairs.
If you have difficulties with stairs DON'T buy a duplex. Nobody is going to install a lift just to get between two floors

Well, it’s certainly worth it’s price, in my opinion. Too many homes in the most expensive areas in London tend to gauche, this one is not.
