Unboxing Zoukei-Mura Heinkel He-219A-0 was a challenge. 1/32 kits are big usually and this plane was huge in reality. As you can see, the video is over 40 minutes long, and covers only about a half of what can be said for Heinkel Uhu.
He-219 was German night fighter. Very fast and very deadly, the He-219 is considered by many an option for the Germany to change the outcome of the World War II. He-219 was effective Mosquito killer with the notorious Schräge Musik cannon.
High quality Uhu models are available from Tamiya and Revell.
Tamiya's Uhu is in 48th scale and it is tooling from the 90s. Revell 04666 war released about the same time when Zoukei-Mura He 219 went out for sale.
All of those mentioned above are very nice scale model kits, but the superior one is the #Zoukei #Mura SWS 6, Heinkel He-219A-0. Other two companies offer different versions but none of them offer that level of detailing and options.
#He-219 is legendary airplane and this kit is with superb quality.
Thanx to Zoukei-Mura's team for sending me a sample for review and for giving me such a pleasant work to unbox this kit. This is definitely one of the best scale model kits that I've ever seen!

Favorite plane, favorite Model company, favorite kit. Great review. I'm saving mine for down the road....intimidating. I purchased many of the extras, the nose antennae and cannon set and photo etch for cockpit. Thinking of saving the photo etch for my Revell.
Going to be starting the build of mine soon. I have several ZM kits and they are all exceptional. Only other kits I have ever seen that impressed me as much was Wingnuts Wings.
These kits are awesome. It almost makes me want to get back into modeling.
Looking back at this video, I did get back into modeling. Started with the 1/32 Revell Mustang, the newer kit. I have 5 others including a Hasegawa 1/32 Raiden, A plane that really pissed me off when I tried building the Revell kit 30 years ago.
What a great way to do directions for a model kit. And what a great job on presenting it on RUclips. Well done.

what an insane kit! i made the revell version some years ago and enjoyed that already very much, but this...i would not leave the workbench a minute until this is done!
I know, I've seen your videos!! But this isn't Revell brother. This is something way way different. A lot more complex, a lot more cleverly thought through. Zoukei Style!!!!!

For me, a kit costing nearly $200 shouldn't have flashing or EPMs ... but should come properly riveted. To each their own.

A total of 10 Mosquitoes were shot down by the He219. all in 1944. the Mosquito, on the other hand, shot down 17 He219s.

I hear you. 319 parts of awesomeness, with probably 75% devoted to just the two Junkers Jumo 004 engines and the cockpit. They also have a Pilot Figure for it, with an interesting "Space Helmet".
They wanted the modeller to build the aircraft as how the real thing would be built..just a pitty no clear parts to show off those internals..
its called the heinkel 2nineteen, NOT the heinkel two one nine.

look up the blitz on london and coventry in england before feeling sorry for the germans......
A bit like Hamburg & Dresden you mean...the casualty figures in both those cities respectively were 42,600 killed, 37,000 injured and a displacement of over 1,000,000 (try googling Operation Gomorrah, which was particular to Hamburg) & 22,500 killed in Dresden both IN ONE WEEK ALONE!,......Coventry’s figures pale in comparison and London’s figures of 43,000 were for the whole 9 months of the intensive bombing....do some research before making inflammatory comments......war is war and in war only the the civilian suffers needlessly.
Civilians suffered on both sides so don’t make this review political chap, just enjoy it for what it is...a superb model kit......
Drew White I looked up the blitz on Hamburg and Dresden. In these two attacks alone more Germans died than in the whole Blitz attacks on England during WW II. So, what’s your point? Just proving to others that you are another victim of allied brainwashing after 1945?
