I did this 25 years ago on a Marion 191 Shovel roller frame. We built a large insulated chest to preserve the N2. Waited until the N2 quit boiling and then installed the bushings, weighing about 50 pounds each. Be careful not to drop the bushing as it will shatter with slight impact.

Do you over the inside of the part where the sleeve is going with oil as well?
