Yeah, this needs to be a thing. People in customer service are there to HELP you... they're not the ones that caused whatever problem you're having. Being respectful will get a lot more done for you than being rude.

But, . let's please not promote any "snowflake" culture where "customer service" people actually abuse upset customers when the customer is upset or frustrated about something involving their transaction or their account - (because) if something goes wrong with (their) account, they'd dam sure be upset too (you can believe that!, and they too wouldn't want an abusive (so-called) customer service worker to do things like hang up on the customer! I've actualy worked where I've seen "customer service" workers callously and coldly hang up on people just because they were upset over their account issue! Hanging up on people (or this shit about "don't scream at me") is nothing but crap from 'so-called' customer service reps. You don't treat people like that!! Most of those cold types of so-called customer service reps need that done to them!!!
