If you agree but still like time travel i would say if you get teleported to roma you can use volcanic ash for concrete ,probably were widely available. Won't suggest to bring any future technology to past. But if you could bring some vaccines for both you and them so you don't share unknown diseases.

concrete was not used to construct great pyramids there are only natural limestone and granite
There is a limestone concrete hypothesis for the construction
@@HistoryClass i was there in march 2020 with a geologist and it is natural limestone .
